Phil has been an integral part of Catalyx since joining as Chief Operating Officer in 2023, bringing over 25 years of experience in consumer insight, product innovation and strategic planning. His leadership at Black Swan Data, Nielsen and PepsiCo has helped some of the world’s biggest brands navigate the challenges of insight and innovation, ensuring their products are grounded in consumer needs, commercially viable and market-ready.
This shift also allows Guy White, Founder & CEO of Catalyx, to focus on what he does best: working directly with clients on their toughest innovation challenges and driving a much-needed conversation on how CPG rethinks innovation.
