Paul has been in the insights industry for over 15 years having worked and built
teams at System1 and BrainJuicer after starting his career with Ipsos. This has
given him a real breadth of experience across many different client organisations,
business categories and research methodologies. He greatly enjoys the collaborative
nature of solving client research needs and uncovering new and striking pieces of
information. Paul is originally from the UK, but has lived in Geneva for over 15 years. When not
working he’ll likely be in the mountains: either skiing or snowboarding in the winter,
and cycling or hiking at all other times of the year. He’s also passionate about music
– be sure to ask him for his latest recommendations.

She is commercially strategic, innovative and future-focused, always putting the client need and client’s audience at the heart of innovation. Claire focuses on applying her experience and expertise to the product development of the Catalyx Consumer Activation System, so Catalyx is constantly pushing the boundaries of insight and strategy.
