The Result - We delivered strategic direction for 17 Mondelez brands over 24 projects in 13 markets by ensuring they had the consumer information and actions needed to maximise appeal & performance of their existing product ranges.
The Challenge - Mondelez sought a strategic program partner that could uncover the key factors that resonate best with consumers regarding their products and leverage this understanding to articulate a clear growth path within their existing portfolio.
How we did it - We applied our unique approach, combining our award-winning Consumer Understanding System and the Catalyx Elevation Process™. To deliver the programme, we employed a two-step approach. First, an in-depth exploratory discovery delved into consumer behaviour and experiences. This involved enrolling nearly 10k consumers and capturing over 35k consumer engagements. Subsequently, a validation phase consisting of 56 collaborative sessions together with Mondelez pinpointed the true priorities of consumers and served as the basis for strategic actions.
