We’re proud to have a robust and extensive learning and development program to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn new skills and enhance their knowledge.
We offer regular internal training (sometimes in the French Alps!) and support external industry-leading training – for instance, sponsoring strategists on the Mark Ritson Marketing Week MBA or bringing in renowned commercial training consultants.
But formal training aside, we create strategic reports and recommendations that are seen (when at their best) as different and better than elsewhere in the industry. We will teach you how to do this too.
And don’t be afraid of getting pigeon-holed on to one brand or category. You will have a diverse portfolio of exciting projects enabling you to solve a lot of interesting challenges.
